**This position is for NIGHT SHIFT. Start time is 8:00pm and runs for approximately 8-9 hours. This shift will be primarily making buns, but also may have additional tasks from time to time. You will be a leader in this position and work with 1-3 other people.**

**Duties**:

- mixing doughs
- forming buns
- some packaging
- safely and correctly using equipment: oven, proofer, mixer, divider, rounder

**Qualities & Qualifications**:

- Current Food Safety Handling Certificate is an asset
- Experience in commercial baking an asset
- Hard-working
- Reliable and Responsible
- Positive attitude
- Works well with others

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
