**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the cooking staff during busy service periods by providing timely assistance as needed.
- Participate in kitchen clean-up at the end of shifts, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service is essential.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
