**Who You'll Work With**

The Customer Success Representative will be interfacing with customers on a regular basis, as well as provide administrative support for account managers. This role will be reporting directly to the Account Management Team Lead.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Data entry (setting up new clients, population updates, terminations, activity tracking)
- Running Reports and reviewing for accuracy
- Responding to customer and broker requests
- Preparing contracts
- Internal liaising to ensure project completion
- Support account management team with client administration

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with working in a remote environment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting

**What You Need to Stand Out**
- Fluent in both French and English is considered an asset**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills
