We need people to finish a structure in Construction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, walls, floors, roofs, and other structural elements
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
- Ensure all work is in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong carpentry skills including the ability to assemble, build, fabricate, and install various structures
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work with electrical components as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the project requirements
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle tools and materials
