As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking for a full-time **Production Worker for the Seafood Processing Division** at our **Richmond** location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker is responsible for processing fish. If you can work in a cool, wet, fast-paced environment and under pressure with mínimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

**Position**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

**Salary**: From $18/h

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lift fish into boxes and partially filled baskets of fish
- Label boxes
- Push rolling buggies loaded with baskets of fish
- Load fish fillets into bags
- Feed fish into the machines

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to learn and be trained in new skills and concepts required for the job
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures is an asset
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills to connect with the team
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs
