**What you will do**:
The **Webmaster** plays a significant role in the digital realm of our operations. They are responsible for managing and maintaining a variety of websites and online platforms. Through their work they ensure seamless functionality, monitor performance, and regularly update content. This role involves web integration with various CMS.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates all content integration activities and web platform updates according to established standards and applicable practices
- Creates and/or adapts WordPress/Apostrophe themes
- Continuously monitors the KPIs of our web platforms (404 pages, loading speed, image size, etc.)
- Provides SEO support for content
- Support integration of a/b tests
- Ensures quality control of all new web content uploads
- Ensures integration of various elements on digital platforms
**To be successful in this position you will need**:
- Minimum of college degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Integration or similar
- Minimum of **2 (two) years’** experience
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English) for supporting our operations outside of Quebec.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
- Solid understanding of UX/UI practices
- Familiarity and interest in Digital Marketing
