Bartender/server

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for the selling of food and beverage in the clubhouse and the general service and maintenance required for the patrons, specifically for the bar.

Ø Responsible for reading, understand and following the beverage order or Banquet Event Order associated with the function being served prior to service

Ø Responsible for preparing beverages for patrons

Ø Responsible for putting liquor orders away in the appropriate areas

Ø Responsible for taking empty liquor and beer bottles to the appropriate areas and keep all working areas neat and tidy including the liquor room

Ø Knowledgeable of liquor laws and Smart Serve techniques that are relevant to clubhouse service

Ø Ensure that all customer complaints are relayed to Pub Manager

Ø To ensure correct billing procedures.

Ø To provide excellent service to guests, ensuring level of service meets Hotel standards

To ensure all Hotel policies and Government and Ontario regulations are strictly adhered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

- Grand Bend, ON N0M 1T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
