What We Will Offer You:

- A rate of pay of $16.65 per hour

Team is counting on you as a Stock Associate to:

- Our Stock Associate provides operations support duties to include picking orders, stocking orders, pricing product, ordering product and maintaining company merchandising standards while maintaining a clean work area
- Work a part-time schedule

Key Accountabilities:

- Protects all company assets in the stores/stockrooms including non stock merchandise.
- Provides a safe and clean environment for customers and store personnel.
- Places stock orders as required.
- Perform cycle counts and report as requested.
- Counts and completes all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors.
- Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
- Isolates, sorts, and organizes all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns.
- Organizes all merchandise for annual inventory.
- Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
- Notifies leadership team of out of stock merchandise.
- Assists in stocking of stores and backrooms.
- Assists in trash removal and recycling.
- Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or leadership team of which the team member is capable of performing.
- Adheres to all Health & Safety protocols.
- Perform related work as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Minimum 6 months stock experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Provide flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to successfully clear a fingerprint based criminal history records check

Preferred Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of previous warehouse experience. Attention to detail with a high degreeof accuracy.
- Good time management skills and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to multi task and lift 60 lbs.
- Able to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Clean driving record. Basic math skills and ab le to read and write in English.
- Desirable: Able to operate manual and electric pallet jack
