**Night Auditor**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
**Review nightly reports to review compliance with policies and procedures**
- Perform daily hotel inspections to identify any needed repairs or improvements
- Prepare nightly reports to review compliance with regulations and procedures
- Perform maintenance inspections of the hotel's grounds, public areas, and equipment
- Inspect the kitchen staff to ensure that they are completing tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures; and ensure that all food was prepared and served in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Review daily schedules of on-call personnel and take appropriate action to ensure personnel are on call for their shifts
- Ensure that all equipment in the hotel is in good working order; ensure that guests' rooms are clean; maintain cleanliness of the public areas; ensure that public safety is maintained at all times during an outbreak of a health emergency
- Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., cleaning, inventory, laundry, food preparation)

**Skills & Qualifications**
**Proven work experience as a night auditor or in a related role (preferred)**
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations and hospitality principles
- Familiarity with common cleaning equipment
- Excellent communication skills in a customer service environment
- Strong decision making skills

Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, bend, kneel, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach, twist, push, pull, stoop, crawl. Must have or obtain CPR certification.

**Please note - this position will require the Night Audit shift Fridays AND Saturdays with up to an additional 3 day shifts through out the week when needed**

**Responsibilities**

**Salary**: $19.60-$20.20 per hour
