**The Opportunity**

**What you'll do**:

- Design and develop surveys for clinical trial and analytics purposes, ensuring alignment with research objectives and data collection requirements
- Implement survey methodologies, including sampling strategies, question design, and data collection protocols
- Conduct pilot testing and validation of surveys to ensure reliability, validity, and respondent comprehension
- Analyze survey data using statistical methods and tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations

**What you'll bring**:

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Epidemiology, Public health or Health Research Methodology.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical surveys within healthcare, biomedical research settings or related industry.
- Knowledge of survey design principles, including question types, response scales, and data quality assurance techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and across organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple survey projects concurrently and meet project deadlines

- **The base salary for this role ranges from $70,110**:

- **$104,139 in local currency depending upon experience**
