Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional work environment

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in the kitchen
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately
