- **Requirements**:

- Success in leveraging traditional best practices, such as ITSM, and DevOps.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing a high-performing ITSM environment and knowledge of ITSM best practices.
- Define and implement the automation processes for cloud operations, including defining automation needs, usage of DevOps/system configuration tools.
- Build and maintain the Azure and cloud operations related Procedures and policies, define Key Performance Indicators, and contribute to and enhance security policies and procedures for Cloud Services.
- Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with cloud services, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Experience managing High Availability/Fault Tolerant Systems
- Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Good working knowledge of Azure Policy and understanding of cloud governance.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with incident response procedures and capacity planning.
- Working knowledge of at least one configuration management tool, such as Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet
- Working experience with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular), RESTful APIs, JSON and XML
- Experience with Kubernetes, automating its deployment and configuration (manifests/helm/Docker/etc.)
- Possess an understanding of system testing including platform, integration, load testing.
- Ability to write technical documentation (platform architecture, strategy, etc.)
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent complex projects and to coordinate the work of others in the cloud environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in software development or computer engineering required, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ of **managerial experience **leading cloud and/or infrastructure architecture teams.
- In-depth knowledge of **Microsoft Azure cloud platform **.
- Demonstrated ability of setting standards and operating strategy using depth of expertise.
- Working knowledge of **cloud-native technologies **and **paradigms **(containers, microservices, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps).
- Strong inter-personal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work, influence and make an impact in a cross-functional Agile environment.
