Hello,

We are a Gifts/Floral company, and we are looking for a skilled florist who will take a leadership role within our floral department. We our looking for someone that can work well within a team and build a strong atmosphere for those within the team.

**Skills**:

- Floral experience
- Leadership skills
- Team building skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Floral
- Handling minor day to day issues
- Ensuring each team member has what they need to perform their role
- Direction for team members

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- florist: 3 years (preferred)
