**Responsibilities**:
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The Financial Planning and Analysis department is the sole provider of actionable financial reports and analysis to assist GBIS and SG management in steering the financial performance of the Americas. In this end, FPA consolidates the financials for management reporting, leads the Americas Budget process, prepares forecasts, produces financial trend analysis, certifies GBIS costs, contributes to the monthly closings, ensures alignment with norms around performance management analyzes and presents GBIS financial performance to senior management.

**What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?**

Develop and implement efficient financial and technical reporting in support of business needs, processes, projects, and ad hoc requests emanating from CEO office, CFO, Support & Control Function heads and Global Head Office. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead the Americas Cost Allocation model for the region which includes collecting the cost allocation keys from SU partners, generate cost allocation to BU to feed regional Amer reporting, explain variances Year on Year to business partners, perform reconciliation amongst group and local system, upload information into group systems, act as the mean lead on all cost allocation topics
- Automate manual processes and streamline report production via digital tools
- Support the annual AMER budget process consolidation, coordinating with the US Team on diverse budget working documents and contributing to budget and strategic review presentations
- Analyze the Americas Platform cost Forecast highlighting cost and department driver’s vs Budget and vs prior Forecast. Present the analysis to DFIN partners
- Contribute to numerous adhoc requests for CEO/CFO gathering financial KPIs and supporting preparation of financial documents
- Analyze key expenses drivers, areas for growth and synergies to drive executive management decisions across the Support Functions
- Ensure data integrity of all referential data, financial results reported by the area including, data feeds, reorganizations, and restatements of current and historical information.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight timeframes, ability to organize and prioritize to move tasks forward and complete them in a time efficient manner

- MS Excel strong competencies
- Understanding of Essbase/Hyperion Smartview
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Background in banking industry
- Analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Presentation skills, including to senior management
- 5 years minimum of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics
- Language(s) English

- Accounting knowledge base
- Good knowledge of Power Bi, Power Query, Power Pivot
- Time management and ability to prioritize
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a Team
