Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, evaluate and select appropriate measures, develop reports, reduce redundancies and ensure accurate and consistent data gathering and reporting processes to support IPC and ASP objectives. Responds to requests for information to support key stakeholder needs.
- Coordinates the work activities related to the production of major reports and documents related to key project objectives. Consults with relevant stakeholders to validate contents of reports and documents.
- Evaluates and verifies the completion, accuracy, consistency and integrity of data and information. Develops and implements recommendations to resolve data quality and collection issues; provides detailed analysis, advice, insight, and interpretation by extracting, linking, analyzing and reviewing complex surveillance, clinical and operational data from multiple sources.
- Provides analytical expertise and acts as a resource to the IPC and ASP programs on data, statistical analysis and reporting to improve and maintain consistent data quality and collection.
- Designs and develops reporting solutions using reporting tools such as SQL or Power BI.
- Evaluates performance reporting processes. Develops and recommends improvement to the performance reporting processes, including report automations and the coordination of reporting inputs, analyses and distributions.
- Establishes and maintains linkages with relevant data providers and works with other data custodians to support strategic information, analysis and reporting initiatives.
- Develops and delivers training and education for IPC and ASP team members on data collections, analysis and reporting as well as relevant databases and software systems.
- Prepares reports and supporting documents for submission to the Ministry of Health, Fraser Health Executive, Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
- Participates on internal/external committee meetings as requested.
- Collaborates with members of IPC and ASP, senior management, staff of various organizational units and other internal and external stakeholders in support of the mission, philosophies and goals of Fraser Health.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or related applied quantitative scientific field/area, plus 2 years of recent related experience in data gathering, analytics, evaluation, performance monitoring and data reporting processes; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience and/or knowledge in health care is a preferred asset.
