**TAC Sports Mission**:
TAC Sports is dedicated to providing children with a personalized, growth-focused experience in both recreational and academy sports. Our goal is to foster not only sports skills but also life skills, self-confidence, and positive self-image in our students.

**Afterschool Program Details**:
Our Afterschool programs run from September to June, with 1-hour sessions at various times:

- 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
- 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM
- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and ensure the safety of all participants.
- Foster strong relationships with school administration and faculty.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Use a range of teaching methods such as discussions, visual aids, and guided discovery to engage students.
- Encourage and develop students' potential skills and athletic abilities.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.
- Motivate students to achieve success.
- Enforce safety protocols and rules.
- Take on additional duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children aged 3.5 to 12 (JK - Grade 8).
- NCCP Coaching certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of badminton or other sports.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C cer=fica=on.
- Strong communica=on skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Type**:

- Part-time, Seasonal, Internship/Co-op.
- Expected hours: 1-5 per week.
- Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
