Ronin Cannabis is welcoming applicants for both part-time & full-time **Budtender** positions at our new location in Guelph, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, organized, flexible and inclusive individual looking to enter an emerging industry.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Budtender must exude a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times in order to develop relationships with our customers. Your primary role is to advise and educate on suitable cannabis products.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 19 years old
- Able to lift boxes 5-30lbs
- CannSell certification required
- Criminal Background check required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail setting
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn
- Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers and peers based on a foundation of trust and teamwork
- Must be flexible with hours and comfortable with change in a fast paced industry
- Ability to consistently work weekdays; with the flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and educate customers while building enduring and long lasting relationships
- Drive sales through education and product knowledge
- Continue to increase your level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations
- Be mindful of sales objectives and business matters
- Ensuring the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times
- Process all customer payments using our Point of Sale (POS) System
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
