**Requirements**:
- Works with stakeholders across the organization to develop an intake backlog of high-value and strategically aligned requirements—thereby ensuring that when large analytic initiatives are brought forward for prioritization:
- All impacted stakeholders have been identified and support the request- The problems that the product is intended to solve are well-understood (i.e. surrounding processes, target users, information needs, conditions of satisfaction)
- A credible return on investment (ROI) calculation has been designed or performed- Coordinates activities to prioritize, and queue for work, all enterprise analytic products:
- Work with other managers in BPMO to prioritize new requests for delivery- Work with the Senior Manager in IS to coordinate the work schedules between BPMO and IS- Communication- Training- Identify and transition or deprecate non-compliant content- Ensure SDLC is followed- Oversees a team of Data Analysts and ensures they are sufficiently trained and skilled to successfully complete all technical and business activities related to delivering analytic products:
- Discuss and gather user requirements and conditions of satisfaction- Design a solution and estimate the delivery timeline- In conjunction with your IS counterpart, oversee product development and testing-
- Authorise products for deployment to production- Committed to coaching and developing Data Analysts in all aspects of their job requirements- Oversee product training and auditing- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, high quality and scalable- Identify and respond appropriately to high-priority requests while remaining focused on longer-term commitments and priorities
**Must-have**- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst, BI analyst, or Data Scientist- 3+ years of exposure to project management- Strong interest and understanding of operational business unit’s information needs- Strong interest and understanding of no-code/low-code solutions- Awareness of and commitment to driving adherence to SDLC best practices- Committed to coaching and developing staff- Comfortable identifying when change management plans are needed, and capable of executing such plans- Experience training end-users- Excellent presentation skills—comfortable presenting technical content in layman’s terms to a range of audiences- Able to build trust with key stakeholders through honesty, accountability, and focus on results**Nice-to-have**- Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain operations- Experience with Predictive Analytics and Statistical Modelling (using R and/or Python) and associated tools (e.g. RStudio and/or Jupyter) a plus- Experience managing projects- Business analysis experience with a focus on requirements definitions and analysis
