**Position Description**:
To plan and implement move and space projects, space requests, and capital project displacements. To help clients plan their office space, purchase goods, and coordinate and guide contractors for minor renovations. Responsible for off-site set ups and ongoing maintenance, implementation and maintenance of shared/swing spaces, standard office furniture guidelines, planning and administration of space requests.

**What you will bring**:

- Three (3) year Community College diploma in a relevant field;
- Three (3) years of project management experience;
- Experience using AutoCAD - Experience with iProcurement;
- Knowledge and understating of TOH policies;
- Knowledge of office space planning concepts;
- Understanding of IT hardware/infrastructure;
- Understanding of Signage and Wayfinding concepts;
- Understanding of Finance/budget/procurement procedures and policies;
- Familiarity with Healthcare construction and design guidelines;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to communicate ideas and tasks to varied teams and stakeholders;
- Strong multitasking skills;
- Strong MS Office skills (including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, Access);
- Strong organization skills;
- Strong prioritization skills.

- Four (4) year Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
