Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Postal Clerk to join our team at Pharmasave #421 Regina, SK.

The Postal Clerk is responsible for various duties such as sorting and batching mail items, reviewing mail items for address accuracy, and operating mail processing equipment. It is also important to note this position will require a lot of bending, reaching, lifting, and the possibility of being on your feet throughout most of your shift.
- 40 hours per week.
- The usual shifts will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all customers' mail is sorted in a timely fashion.
- Sort, sequence, and batch mail items.
- Answer customer questions and concerns about their mail.
- Review mail items for address accuracy, proper postage, etc.
- Perform any combination of tasks in a post office, such as receiving letters, selling postage and revenue stamps, and stamping envelopes.
- Operate a computer to key in data.
- Send and receive MoneyGram.
- Weigh letters and parcels; compute mailing costs based on type, weight, and destination; and affix correct postage.
- Exercise physical effort in bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Carry out additional duties as delegated by the Front Store Manager and Store Operator.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Strong computer and POS skills.
- Ability to function for an extended period while standing.
- Some customer service and cashiering experience are preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
- Ability to manage conflict and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent product or service knowledge.
- Multitask and manage the demands of numerous clients at once.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Merchandising and retail experience are assets.
- Mature and cooperative attitude.
- Professional image including a name tag and proper grooming.
