**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble lumber, plywood, and other building materials.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Ensure structural components are accurately aligned, leveled, and properly fitted.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Framer in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools required for framing.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
