**JOB SUMMARY**:

**JOB DUTIES**:
Supervise the people and equipment assigned to Portable Toilet and King Jon routes and special events. The goal would be to spend:

- 25% of the time doing operations: deliveries, pickups, and servicing.
- 45% of time doing outside supervisory duties: oversee deliveries, pickups, and services of major events, inventories, mobile devices, daily driver supervision & training, quality control & inspections, assist with equipment maintenance, take care of customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction
- 25% of time doing inside supervisory duties: performance reviews, assisting dispatch when needed, setting aside time daily to organize and maintain proper follow-up & and communication, reviewing operational reports for trends, and participating in hiring and firing processes.
- 5% of time doing safety duties: responsible for the safety of the team, completing quarterly safety evaluations, accident/incident investigation, and follow-up, cheerlead daily for safety

**SPECIFIC TASKS OF JOB DUTIES**

**Operations**:

- Deliver, pickup and/or service units as needed
- Assist other employees as needed for smooth operation & and workflow

**Outside Supervision**:

- Ensure maximum production, quality, and efficiency from employees
- Resolve customer complaints via site visits and face-to-face communication
- Event Supervisor on assigned events
- Maintain good working relationships and strive to build teamwork with the crew
- Responsible for helping maintain all equipment, tools, and materials as needed
- Ride with one (1) to three (3) drivers a week for 2-4 hrs. for follow-up training
- Do 40 toilet quality inspections
- Meet with drivers and have all poor inspections from yourself and sales staff signed
- Create plans with drivers to fix problems for the future
- Do check off rides on all new employees before they ride on their own.
- Ensure trucks are kept stocked, organized, and clean
- Focus main supervisory duties on drivers assigned to you but always help and back your fellow supervisors or sales staff.

**Inside Supervision**:

- Coordinate daily activities with Portable Toilet Manager and/or Customer Service Team Lead
- Identify and remove roadblocks for growing drivers
- Assist with correcting inefficiencies on routes
- Stage one progressive discipline
- Assist in office operations as needed
- Participate in hiring and firing processes as needed

**Safety**:

- Strongly encourage & motivate through example
- Report all accidents/incidents to Portable Toilet Manager
- Responsible for enforcing proper usage of all safety equipment
- Know and understand all safety standards as established by Workplace Health and Safety and company policy
- Assist with conducting weekly L10 meetings
- Conduct quarterly yard safety evaluations with the Safety Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
