Football Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Football Coach to join our team. As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for educating and training players, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive team environment. If you have a strong background in football and enjoy working with athletes, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Teach players the rules, techniques, and strategies of football
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve individual and team performance
- Analyze game footage to identify areas for improvement and develop game plans
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them reach their full potential
- Motivate and inspire players to give their best effort during games and practices
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team activities and ensure a cohesive approach
- Ensure the safety of all players by enforcing proper techniques and adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications:

- No previous experience necessary. Previous experience as a Football Coach or playing experience at a high level; an asset.
- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players
- Strong organizational skills to plan practices and manage team activities
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)

Note: This is not paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
