Service Technician

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct site and safety inspections at the beginning of each job
- Ensure each of our services are fully executed exceeding the client’s expectations
- Demonstrate commitment for the safety of yourself and others while working
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Follow the direction of your supervisor and complete other duties as assigned
- Able to work at heights up to 40 feet on commercial and residential buildings/rooftops
- Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures and provincial laws
- Manage the cleanliness of the company vehicles each and every day and ensure all tools used for each service are returned back to the company vehicle after each job before leaving the jobsite
**Position Requirements**
- Wear safety shoes and assigned PPE at all times
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of “clean”.
- Demonstrate a commitment for safety for both you and the team
- Physically fit, not afraid of heights and working off a ladder when needed
- Good work ethic who takes pride in the work they do; honesty and integrity go a long way in this business
- Good organizational and time management skills required to meet daily deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- **Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour work day**:
- Able to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Handyman experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Tolerance to various weather conditions; all of the work is done outside
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
**Wage is based on experience**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
