Service Advisor

We are looking to hire a front counter service advisor for our fast paced automotive shop. Must have exceptional customer service skills, mechanically inclined and a knowledge of basic computer skills and willing to learn a point of sale system.

This position will be full time, 8 hours a day Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years previous experience working in the automotive trade...
- A current driver's abstract
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

- Explain repairs and provide accurate estimates for vehicles parts, tires and service.
- Complete and review repair orders and interpret vehicles inspection reports with customers in a professional manner.
- Deals with challenging situations in a professional matter.
- Able to work as a team and assist other team members, as required

**Wage will be based on previous experience, if criteria is met and exceeded, we would even look at higher wages.**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
