Concrete Finisher

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to ride a Ryder
- Must operate a Power Trowel
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand, power tools & power trowels
- Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters
- Check the forms that hold the concrete to ensure they are correctly constructed
- Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete
- Assist in pouring and finishing concrete on a variety of construction projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Understanding of concrete finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- concrete: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
