Key Responsibilities:
Intravenous Expertise: As the IV Specialist, you will be responsible for administering intravenous therapies, medications, and fluids to patients with precision and care. Your advanced knowledge of venipuncture techniques and IV therapy protocols will be essential in ensuring patient safety and optimal treatment outcomes.

Patient-Centered Care: Develop strong patient relationships by providing compassionate, personalized care throughout the IV therapy process. Educate patients about their treatments, answer questions, and address any concerns to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to medical standards and protocols for IV administration, ensuring accurate dosages, aseptic technique, and infection control. Additionally, maintain consistent quality in the preparation and presentation of mixed cocktails.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and nutritionists, to coordinate patient care plans and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Documentation: Accurately document IV therapies administered, patient responses, and mixed cocktail recipes in electronic medical records to contribute to a comprehensive patient care history.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in IV therapy and mixology, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to improve patient care.

Qualifications:
Medical Credentials: Valid certification as an IV Specialist, registered nurse, or healthcare professional with demonstrated expertise in intravenous therapy.

Mixology Skills: Proven experience in crafting mixed cocktails, including a creative approach to ingredient selection and presentation.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and patient interaction skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in both medical procedures and cocktail preparation to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.

**Salary**: $50,986.27-$111,081.33 per year
