Psychometry Technician

**Overview**:
We’re looking for a full-time **Psychometry Technician** who is passionate about working within an innovative and multidisciplinary group practice. This position is a permanent in-Clinic (no hybrid no remote) work set
- up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in a **full-time in-clinic** support role
- Supporting front desk clinic reception and administration as needed
- Provide administrative support for our multi-disciplinary teams' assessments including:

- Using different web platforms to send out standardized mental health questionnaires to patients
- Download completed questionnaires from these web platforms
- Upload questionnaires to electronic charts
- Monitor and track the return of questionnaires
- Send out couriers
- Scan documents and upload them to electronic charts
- Shred documents as needed
- Some scoring of test protocols (training will be provided)
- Participate in report preparation by:

- Accurately inputting client demographic information
- Accurately inputting test scores
- Format reports using Google doc and Google Sheets
- Order and manage testing inventory as needed;
- Communicate with clinicians and team members as needed;
- Demonstrate empathy and respond to difficult situations effectively;
- Report to the management team as necessary;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service and client-facing roles required
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative setting (healthcare administration preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Psychology, Analytics, or related field preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with various technologies (i.e., Zoom, Oscar Pro, Google Workspace)
- Strong computer skills including excellent ability to navigate various web platforms
- Excellent word processing skills to format Google Doc reports that include tables and graphs

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
