Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and/or coordinate all corporate maintenance activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with agreed contracts, specifications, and safety requirements
- Source and coordinate trades, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with corporate leader to monitor project progress
- Conduct regular meetings with corporate leader to address any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Property Superintendent or similar role in the multi-residential sector
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of quality control procedures
