**Résumé des fonctions... **:Cueillir et emballer les commandes d’épicerie en ligne à livrer en s’assurant d’offrir une épicerie de grande qualité et exacte, tout en respectant des normes de sécurité et d’hygiène alimentaire rigoureuses pour satisfaire la clientèle.

Ce que vous ferez...

1. Cueillir et assembler efficacement les commandes de diverses zones de température avec grand soin et en ayant la qualité à l’esprit pour offrir une livraison « à temps » aux clients.
2. Emballer les commandes avec le souci du détail, y compris faire la distinction entre les produits ayant un nom similaire, avoir la quantité exacte et les bons codes de produit.
3. S’assurer que les produits sélectionnés sont d’une qualité supérieure, c.à-d. qu’ils ne sont pas endommagés, qu’il s’agit des produits les plus frais, etc.
4. Documenter et étiqueter correctement toutes les commandes en interprétant et en comprenant la documentation, y compris les bordereaux de sélection, les détails de l’emballage, les étiquettes d’expédition, etc.
5. Optimiser le remplissage des bacs en emballant les commandes de manière efficace, tout en respectant les normes de qualité des produits.
6. Trouver l’équilibre entre ses responsabilités face au traitement des commandes et celles de l’interaction avec les clients et l’offre de services, y compris l’aide dans la résolution de problèmes.
7. Assurer le respect rigoureux des normes de sécurité et d’hygiène alimentaire, notamment maintenir un espace de travail propre et hygiénique, nettoyer immédiatement tous les déversements et débris et s’assurer que tous les bacs sont propres et exempts de débris avant l’emballage; utiliser l’équipement de manutention de façon sécuritaire et responsable et s’assurer que toutes les vérifications de sécurité avant l’utilisation sont effectuées; adopter des comportements qui soutiennent la mission et les principes fondamentaux de l’organisation.
8. Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue en suggérant des changements, notamment des procédures opérationnelles, des normes de productivité et des gains d’efficacité, de la satisfaction de la clientèle, de la sécurité, des conditions de travail et des normes de qualité; faire preuve de souplesse dans l’exécution et l’ajustement des tâches en fonction des demandes des clients et respecter les horaires de livraison quotidiens.
