Coordonnateur/estimateur

Lande Paysage, division de Construction OVI, est à la recherche d'une personne qui évoluera comme coordonnateur/estimateur - Paysagement.

Tu as une bonne connaissance des étapes du paysagement ? Tu aimes planifier et organiser les choses en avance? Tu cherches un poste qui bouge et tu aimes mener des projets à terme rapidement? Ce poste est pour toi
- TÂCHES_

Responsable de nos paysages architecturaux (budget, échéancier, service client)

Plus spécifiquement:

- Préparer et présenter les meetings de lancement de projet en partenariat avec l'architecte. (Estimation des travaux)
- Lecture de plan d'architecte et création des soumissions détaillées (superficie, prix des sous-traitants, prix de la main d'œuvre, prix des matériaux)
- Coordonner la rédaction des contrats, l'entente de paiement et la signature de ceux-ci
- Céduler et coordonner les sous-traitants et les commandes
- Développer une relation harmonieuse les sous-traitants et les fournisseur et maintenir avec ceux-ci une communication constante
- Envoyer des demandes de soumissions aux différents sous-traitants et chercher à obtenir de nouveaux partenaire d'affaire de confiance.
- Placer les commandes et assurer la livraison dans les délais prescrits
- En collaboration avec la chargé de projet, préparer les calendriers d'exécution et voir à ce qu'ils soient respectés.
- COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES_
- BAC ou Technique en gestion de projets, ingénierie, architecture / ou expérience pertinente (essentiel)
- Expérience en coordination dans le domaine du paysagement (un atout)
- Expérience en projets architecturaux (un atout)
- Connaissance en lecture de plan d'architecte
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Habilité à résoudre des problèmes et mobiliser des ressources
- Rigueur, engagement, axé sur le résultat
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, plusieurs projets en simultané
- Grande capacité d’autonomie et d’initiative
- Sociable, vous savez créer des liens durables et établir des relations de confiance
- Serviable et à l’écoute, vous aimez organiser l’environnement qui vous entoure
- Leader, vous aimez travailler en équipe
- CONDITIONS_
- Salaire à définir selon votre expérience
- Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi
- 4 semaines de vacances (vacances de la construction + Noël)
- Programme d’assurances collectives après 3 mois (maladie, dentaire, optique)
