We’re looking for our next Treasury Associate. Could It Be You?
To assist the Treasury group with a variety of detail-oriented, deadline-driven cash management and CIFX tasks.

- In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process incoming/outgoing payments in various currencies to vendors, counterparties and liquidity providers.
- Review deposits and identify any discrepancies
- Trade confirmation
- Respond to the client cases and work with the internal department to find a resolution.
- Complete journal entries for daily funds movements.
- Provide backup support to the banking team as required.
- Perform reconciliation including reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts; daily collateral requirement with counterparties;
- Update client’s buying power.
- Set up cash transfers and wires as required
- Support the production of reports for the management and executive groups
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
- Provide support in daily duties and responsibilities

So are YOU our next Treasury Associate? You are if you
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the Financial/Brokerage industry
- Comfortable in dealing with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Trading Desk, and Operations
- Experience in banking operations and familiarity on different banking products and services
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and challenging fast paced environment
- Detailed-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be able to adhere to set deadlines
- Well-developed computer skills and proficient in Excel & Google Sheets abilities
- Diligent & proactive
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Kooltra/Inferno/NetSuite/ Bloomberg and Kyriba an asset
- Completion of CSC and CPH is an asset
