**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Ensure agents reach team sales goals consistently.
- Update our sales goal board with daily goals and daily numbers.
- Track and record Daily KPIs and Monthly Agent KPIs; communicate and announce monthly awards.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints from product sales to customer service problems.
- Ensure that agents and you complete call notes, and cases, update the CRM; and record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Ensure agents and you provide customers with the organization’s service and product information. Follow up with customer calls when required.
- Ensure agents and you route inbound calls to the appropriate resources and manage administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Complete or delegate the following:

- weekly checks for non-confirmed, decision pending, follow-ups, or callbacks
- corporate and legacy franchise route mapping
- Google reviews
- Social media comments and messages
- Provide on-the-spot training and feedback to agents.
- Work with managers to hire, assess skills, and conduct one-to-one feedback with agents.
- Address and problem-solve when agents need help, or corrective problem-solving.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management.
- Create and maintain a call list throughout the season.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred but not required.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly to enhance store performance.
- Inspire great culture and high performance.
