Overview:
**About us**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- 5+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors in the GTA market.
- Experience overseeing multiple full cycle commercial base building projects as well as retail, restaurants and commercial office fit out projects that range between $200,000 and $10M in scope.
- Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction management.
- Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

**Duties**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations for multiple projects.
- Work closely with Site Superintendents to always maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and support to team members
- Develop and execute company project plans with Operations Management
- Prepare and issue all subcontractor award packages.
- Manage project submittal process and deliverables, ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedule.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies ensuring deviations are effectively corrected.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and chair project meetings, including kick-off meetings, regular stakeholder meetings, and project lessons-learned reviews.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Effectively manage project change process
- Complete weekly project progress reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
