Prairie Co-operative is hiring a full-time Meat Cutter at our Food Centre located in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.- To ensure proper meat preparation is to meat department standards.
- To ensure that the fresh case, frozen case, smoked case and all spot and island merchandisers are filled and merchandised to Meat Department standards.
- To be responsible for the receiving, inspecting and storage of merchandise.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Other duties as assigned
