Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching, and counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.

2. Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, public areas and back of the house

3. Issue assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.

4. Conduct checking of bedrooms/public areas and designated staff areas maintaining property standards

5. Competent in the running of the laundry and ensure the cost-effective use of linen and assist with inventories as requested.

6. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

7. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $13.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
