We are currently hiring a temporary, 34 hours per week, part-time Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) manager for one our residential homes supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs. Under the overall direction of the Program Director, the LPN
Manager is responsible for the administration, management, and co-ordination of the home, and ensures that operational goals are met and that individuals supported in the home enjoy a full and rich quality of life. The LPN Manager is also responsible for overseeing planning, fiscal responsibilities, and the personnel management of the home, which includes hiring, performance management and discipline.

The days and hours of this position will be:
Monday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday 7:00am - 1:00am
Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
- Some flexibility can be considered_

Start date of 19 June 2023, until incumbent returns.

Applicants must have an LPN degree plus 2 years of management experience in a directly related Community Living setting, and/or, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
