For government and corporate clients looking to anticipate and earn potential coverage, we provide Canada's only _media forecasting_ platform, alerting them in real time to CP wire stories that will be published imminently by countless websites, or that are likely to appear in _tonight_'s radio/TV newscasts and/or _tomorrow_'s newspapers.

We are dedicated to innovating our media forecasting platform and meeting the evolving needs of modern PR/communications users. To support and drive the development of our thriving PR product ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect, prioritize, and track product and platform requirements. Coordinate requirements gathering across sales/marketing, technology, and account management teams.
- Define and maintain detailed integration plans and schedules for the development and delivery of new platform features and functionalities.
- Track and manage project risks, status, and deliverable timelines.
- Liaise and communicate with external vendors and CP executive leadership to propose, manage, and adhere to project budgets.
- Present program plans, development updates and achievements to management and business stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technology and metadata audits to ensure compliance with CP's data governance and technology standards.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in similar role preferably in the media industry.
- Hands-on experience building software solutions.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data feeds (text), defining data models and creating new data tacks and data warehouses.
- Hands on experience with AWS tools for big data ingestion, processing, visualization, and implementation.
- Experience with serverless computing, APIs, relational and serverless databases.
- Excellent program management skills in project planning, milestone tracking and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Skills and Experience Desired**
- Working knowledge of live media monitoring and PR platforms.
- Experience with statistics, data science, data governance and machine learning is a plus.
- Experience working with data mining and data analytics solutions.
- Experience in product design, wireframing, responsive interface design and user flows are a nice to have.

**Responsabilités**
- Recueillir et hiérarchiser les exigences relatives au produit et à la plateforme et en assurer le suivi. Coordonner la collecte des exigences auprès des équipes de vente/marketing, de technologie et de gestion des comptes.
- Définir et maintenir des plans d'intégration détaillés et des échéances pour le développement et la livraison des nouvelles caractéristiques et fonctionnalités de la plateforme.
- Suivre et gérer les risques, l'état d'avancement et les échéances de livraison du projet.
- Assurer la liaison et la communication avec les fournisseurs externes et la direction de la PC pour proposer, gérer et respecter les budgets du projet.
- Présenter les plans du programme, les mises à jour du développement et des réalisations à la direction et aux participants du projet.
