Education Resource Writer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Education Resource Writer to create comprehensive and engaging resources for kindergarten - grade 3 students. This temporary position will focus on developing high-quality reading, writing, and math materials tailored for young learners.

This is an in-person position located directly off the QEW at Bronte Rd.

The position is temporary for two weeks, July 15 - 19 & 22 - 26 (daytime working hours).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop age-appropriate reading, writing, and math resources for kindergarten preparation.
- Ensure that content aligns with early childhood education (ECE) standards and best practices.
- Design activities and exercises that are engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the materials meet our educational goals and quality standards.
- Revise and refine workbook content based on feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Kindergarten - grade 3 reading, writing, and math.
- Strong understanding of ECE principles and curriculum standards.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive educational content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
