Tekky Talks Inc. is looking for an Telecom Technician to join our team to support our Technical Client Service requests and Installations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
⦁ Troubleshoot and process all incoming requests for technical issues from clients for home services ( Home Phone + Internet + TV) within timely manner and accurate delivery
⦁ Resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
⦁ Communication with customers, other departments and managers is done in a timely and professional manner.
⦁ Providing customer and technical support to clients over the phone and by visits.
⦁ Visits for new or existing installations of equipment, diagnosis and troubleshooting in domestic dwellings, apartments and commercial buildings.
⦁ Operates office equipment and computers utilizing a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
⦁ Maintaining inventory of technical equipment and products
⦁ Market & sell home services and make customers aware of same.
⦁ Responsible for outgoing shipments of supplies to clients
⦁ Learn and enforce health & safety regulations

**Requirements**:
⦁ Valid Driving license with clean driving record

⦁ 1+ year of Technical support/installation experience preferred with Rogers or Bell.
⦁ Strong communication, planning and customer service skills
⦁ Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision; strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
⦁ Initiative and excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
⦁ A positive, professional, trustworthy, energetic and hard-working attitude
⦁ Flexibility to respond to requests and to prioritize
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work on all assigned tasks
⦁ Ability to adhere to confidentiality at all times
⦁ Ability to take direction and feedback as required
⦁ Ability to resolve all types of technical issues by doing research and development

**Assets**

⦁ Preferred to be bilingual
⦁ Preferred to have sales background
