We are Aryze.

We are a local Victoria-based group of millennials trying to build homes. We like to think of ourselves as entrepreneurs with an underlying goal of building better communities; this includes building a swim float with a floating tree in Victoria’s Gorge waterway, restoring historical heritage projects, and engaging in Victoria’s political conversations. Naturally this expanded to include tackling the mystifying real estate industry, where we see an opportunity to build infill homes in the urban areas just outside Victoria’s downtown which are in line with our creative and social values.

While we are bringing a number of unique infill development projects to market, Aryze’s roots are in quality, unique construction. Our focus to build homes with high standards of craft, quality, design, and efficiency has distinguished our homes from others on the block.

Aryze is growing and looking for a Warranty & Maintenance to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, the Warranty & Maintenance Manager interfaces directly with clients and is responsible for completing all small repairs and deficiency work for Aryze homes. All functions and responsibilities are performed in accordance with Aryze's values and beliefs.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Liaise directly with the Concierge Manager for daily tasks
- Complete small repairs or maintenance; interface directly with clients in their homes
- Must have a strong understanding or willingness to learn the Residential Construction Performance Guidefor the applicant to be confident in servicing clients needs while also understanding when something is out of scope and billable to the client
- Meet trades and provide access to required areas
- Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all the phases meeting Aryze Standard, while utilizing an understanding of construction processes for risk mitigation and implementing the appropriate documentation
- Prepare a variety of internal and external reports and presentations, as required
- Assist the project manager and Superintendent with building and maintaining project schedules at completion, tracking customization documents, ensuring checklists have been completed on site, understanding contracts used throughout construction, filing, and paperwork
- Maintain records of all construction dates
- Lead renovations, tenant improvements and small construction jobs
- Coordinate with the Concierge Manager to provide the needed supplies to perform daily tasks
- Engage with management of the respective project consultants, subcontractors, and third-party vendors, as required
- Work with the assigned project manager or Superintendent to review construction details, assist with review of project and interior design specifications.
- Assist with drawing and specification review, coordination, and filing
- Assist the development team in preparing the projects for delivery
- Assist the development, operations, and sales teams as needed during sales launch and project closeout, including the preparation and assembly of project/owner manuals
- Be proficient in deficiency related software. Ensuring trades are notified in plenty of time to meet critical deadlines.

- Effective decision-making skills to minimize costs and provide efficiencies.
- Ability to operate and train the proper use of a variety of equipment and tools
