We are currently seeking to fill a **Branch Administrative Support** position for our** Victoria Branch**. The Branch Administrative Support is responsible for filling in the administrative needs for the efficient and effective operations of the Branch. The Branch Administrative Support will be called upon to assist with warehouse duties, customer service, and general administration as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

This role will be onsite based out of the branch location. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday. 40 Hours per week.
**Work Locatio**n**: 3250 Tennyson Ave, Victoria, BC, V8Z 3P3
**What are the Key Accountabilities?**
- Provide excellent customer service support to Counter & Inside Sales
- Reception duties such as filling, operational report card support, calendar management, and staff meeting support
- Supports with Sales and Marketing events for Suppliers and Customer's
- Perform and collaborate in a team environment
- Review daily inventory cycle count results, confirm pick tickets, will call follow-up calls
- Coordinate freight delivery needs, overseeing zero bins, and unconfirmed pick ticket reports
- Review packing slips noted with shortages or damage and takes appropriate action
- Assist with promotions & display of products at the Counter
- Assist in warehouse, stock, and warehouse keeping, as assigned
- Office administration duties as assigned
**What You’ll Bring To This Role?**
- Completed a one-year program in Office Administration or a related field at a recognized post-secondary institution (diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferred) combined with a minimum of two years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years of Administration experience
- Experience in warehouse and customer service environment
- Electrical industry experience is a strong asset
- Ability to be inclusive, collaborative and respectful
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
