**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The assistant service manager will help to maximize shop efficiency by making sure the right jobs are paired with the right technician at all times, ensuring jobs are scheduled effectively, and helping our front-end deliver the best customer service experience possible

You will assist our service managers with various day-to-day tasks and decision-making.
- Answer all incoming calls to the dealership in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide a daily report of all incoming calls as per the tracking sheet
- Greet every customer and assist or guide them to the department they seek
- Monitor that customers are looked after if the person they are waiting for is busy or occupied and offer them a beverage while they wait
- Respect and adhere to all company policies

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent oral communication skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Prior related experience will be an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's license

**Salary**: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4L 3P6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
