Mobile Team Lead

Job Title: Mobile - Team Lead

Job Location: London, ON

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $23. 00

Possible SHIFTS: M-F 0800-1600

Note: Must be able to provide a clear driver's abstract and Ontario class G licence. 1 year of supervisory expereince is an asset

**Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions**
- Access control for the facility/area
- Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
- Ensure that the facilityas safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
- Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
- Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training
- Must be able to train and manage and supervise all team members
- Must be able to respond to all site alarms
- This is a in-car, driving position
- Able to multi-task and undertake all other duties as specified by Service and branch Managers
- Valid Provincial Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR and AED
- Experience (1 or more years) in Security and Supervisory roles is an asset
- Must have a Full G Licence
- For insurance purposes, age request may be called upon
- Must have a minimum high school diploma or GED
- Shifts may vary from Days/Evenings/Overnights - flexible availability is an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positions may require the use of a computer for report writing and communications
- Previous experience in Security or equivolant is an asset
