We are looking for a full time receptionist position for our Audi dealership.

Hours Monday to Thursday 12pm to 6pm, Saturday 9am-430pm

Welcoming customers into dealership

Informing sales or service of their appointments who have arrived

Answering calls, transferring and/or taking messages

Handling incoming/outgoing mail

Ordering supplies

Help with filing when needed

Keeping customer area and coffee bar tidy
