- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the construction field

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the basic concepts of preparation BEFORE tiling on floors, walls, or wet areas
- Knowledge of different types of mortars, waterproofing systems, and drypack
- Be able to install schluter membrane waterproofing systems or equivalent
- Be able to install drypack
- Be able to install self levelling
- Preparing drywall for finishes (minor repairs, priming, etc)
- Must be willing and able to learn new trowelling techniques for venetian plaster, microcement and other specialty plasters
- Must have a passion to professionally install beautiful decorative finishes in high end commercial and residential spaces

**Security and safety**
- Basic security clearance

**Transportation/travel information**
- Valid driver's licence with means of transportation to different sites across the GTA

**Work conditions and physical capabilities**
- Physically demanding
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Ladder/scaffold work
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Attention to detail
- Work to be done in commercial and residential settings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
