Culinary Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary professional to join our team. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for meal preparation, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a strong background of education and practical in the restaurant industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, controls and operation of our restaurants and fast food outlets.
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic leader to supervise our staff of approximately 30 cooks and 6 team leaders and 3 dishwasher teams.

**DUTIES**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or special requests

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays over the summer.

Hourly rate $20 per hour

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3.5 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
