Team Leader

**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES**:
Le chef d'équipe (fabrication) est compétent dans tous les domaines de la production et exécute efficacement et correctement toutes les tâches, en plus de la maintenance plus complexe et de l'amélioration continue.
- Travaille sous une supervision mínimale
- Régler les machines pour atteindre les objectifs de production
- Collabore avec les opérateurs de machines dans le processus de production
- Participe à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de croissance de la production
- Résoudre des problèmes de traitement complexes avec peu ou pas d'assistance.
- Participe activement à l'identification et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Détermine les priorités et crée des procédures pour atteindre les objectifs de l'usine.
- Veiller à ce que la maintenance soit effectuée conformément au plan de maintenance préventive.
- Assurer une formation polyvalente dans tous les domaines de production de l'installation (sécurité, production, équipement).
- Établir le calendrier de production en fonction des besoins de l'usine et des clients, en tenant compte de facteurs tels que les délais et l'efficacité de la production.
- Soutenir et valider le travail des opérateurs de machines en répondant aux questions, en préparant les lignes de production et en donnant des directives générales.

**AUTRES COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES ET QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Maîtrise de Windows et des produits MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook)
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication (écrite et orale)
- Esprit d'équipe positif
- Connaissance des opérations de la zone et des pratiques/procédures de travail sûres qui s'y rapportent, et capacité avérée à coordonner les activités de travail.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prêter attention aux détails.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement ;
- Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés ;
- Avoir une attitude positive et être motivé ;
- Être énergique et en bonne forme physique ;
- Ponctualité, diligence et fiabilité.
