**Position Summary**:
Analyze and verify information for Project Set up, Project Change Order Entry and process Project Billings. Prepare and enter Monthly Project cost recognition. Analyze Service Work Order costs and prepare month end accounting entries. Prepare and process material transfers and other administrative duties as required

***Responsibilities**:

- Set Up Projects in JDE adhering to company policies
- Verify and Enter Project Change Orders
- Generate Project Billings and coordinate electronic delivery of Invoices
- Prepare and Generate Monthly Project profit recognition
- Prepare & Process Material transfers by Journal Entry
- Analyze Service Work Order costs and prepare month end entries, Cost Recognition, Accruals, Deferrals etc.
- Assist with preparing and generating Maintenance Contract Invoices & Delivery
- Review and Correct various dept audits
- Assist with General Enquiries from internal and External Customers

**Qualifications**:

- College graduate in Finance, business or relevant field
- 1 - 3 years accounting experience
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Experience working with JD Edwards software is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (e.g. Word and Excel)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Accounting knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
