We seek a full time permanent Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful applicant shares our vision of quality and timely customer service. The job schedule is a 4/6 day rotation to provide every other Saturday off (showroom is closed on Sundays). We are looking for a highly organized individual, that has sales experience and is process driven. Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are necessary. This role has the opportunity for advancement into an Advisory position for the right individual.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize CRM accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selection.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor by restocking literature and operating displays.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
